How long does a repair take?

The price list shows an estimate for each model and repair. Estimates apply when the part is in stock and may vary with how busy we are.

Will a repair erase my data?

Screen and battery replacements normally keep your data, but please always make a backup first.

Is there a warranty?

Depending on the repair, we give a warranty of up to 1 year. We tell you the period when we give you the quote.

When is the price final?

The price list on this site shows the price for each model. You can confirm the final price at reception. For mail-in repairs, we send a quote after checking the device.

Can you repair my phone if I live far away?

Yes. You can send your device from anywhere in Japan by Yu-Pack (ゆうパック) or Takkyubin (宅急便). Apply with the form on this site or the application form.

Will my phone still be water-resistant?

Water resistance is lower after a repair. If you wish, we can fit a dust-proof gasket for an extra charge.

Do you buy phones?

Yes, we buy used smartphones. Please ask at the shop.

Which devices can you repair?

iPhone, iPad, Android (Galaxy, Xperia, AQUOS, Pixel and more), Apple Watch, Nintendo Switch, MacBook and Windows computers. You can search for your model in the price list.
